Mr. Zollars has taken two companies public as CEO and participated as a board member on four other private to public transitions. Over the past several years Robert Zollars has transitioned from an operating executive to an experienced board member, helping CEOs and their management teams grow their businesses and create value. He is a Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).

Joseph E. Whitters brings more than 40 years of financial leadership, public company governance, and healthcare industry experience to Mashura’s Board of Directors. Mr. Whitters has served as an advisor and consultant to Frazier Healthcare Partners, a healthcare-focused private equity firm, since 2005. Prior to that, he spent nearly two decades with First Health Group Corp., a publicly traded managed care company, where he held several senior leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer from 1986 to 2005. During his tenure, he helped shape the company’s financial strategy, capital markets activities, and operational growth.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Whitters served as Controller for United Healthcare Corporation from 1984 to 1986. Before joining United Healthcare, he was Manager of Accounting and Taxation at Overland Express, a publicly traded trucking company. He began his career in public accounting with Peat Marwick, now KPMG. Mr. Whitters also brings deep board and audit committee experience, having served on the boards of directors of several public companies, including Cutera, Inc., Spark Networks SE, Analogic Corporation, InfuSystem Holdings, Inc., and PRGX Global, Inc. In addition, he has advised and served on the boards of private companies across the healthcare and technology sectors.

José Arredondo is a Managing Director based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2021, and is a member of the Capital Solutions team. Previously, José was an Analyst in the Consumer & Retail group in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs.
